The City of Chicago is offering a new program called the Fresh Start Parking Ticket Debt Payment Plan. This program is designed to help people who have parking ticket debt pay it off. The program offers a reduced payment plan for people who qualify. To qualify, you must have an annual income of less than $30,000 and be able to show that you are unable to pay the full amount of your parking ticket debt. The program will last for 12 months, and you will be required to make payments on a monthly basis. If you are successful in completing the program, your remaining debt will be forgiven.
