City of Chicago’s “Fresh Start” Parking Ticket Debt Payment Plan Program

If you're one of the many drivers with unpaid parking tickets in Chicago, you may be able to take advantage of the city's new "Fresh Start" payment plan program. Under the program, motorists can pay off their outstanding parking ticket debt without having to pay any additional fees or penalties.

To be eligible for the "Fresh Start" program, motorists must have unpaid parking tickets that were issued on or before December 31, 2017. Tickets that are currently in collections or that have already been adjudicated are not eligible for the program.

Interested motorists can visit the city's website to learn more about the "Fresh Start" program and to begin the process of enrolling in the program. Once enrolled, participants will have up to 24 months to pay off their outstanding parking ticket debt.
